Anna is a trained energy womb practitioner, bodyworker, and spiritual life coach who walks with the wisdom of the Earth and the mystery of the Rose. Her work is deeply trauma-informed and rooted in the nervous system, the womb, and the heart, where true transformation begins.

Yoni Constellations for sacred feminine, sensual, sexual, emotional, spiritual, energetic and physical healing.
Yoni is a Sanskrit word meaning the "womb", “source", and the female organs of generation. It includes all female sexual organs “vagina", "vulva", and "uterus", origin, abode, and source" of life. Yoni constellations help to heal sexual trauma, frigidity, sexual illnesses, numbness, lack of feeling pleasure or orgasms, and generations and lifetimes of feminine trauma through representing and connecting to our sacred yoni, our sacred sexuality and our divine Yoni messages. It heals us and our sexuality and wombs through giving them a voice, listening and allowing them to be heard with loving compassion and full acceptance.
The training comes out of Family Systemic Constellations for ancestral trauma healing from Irmgard Rauscher. She says, “as women we have become separated from our original and divine inheritance – a legacy that dates back some 30,000 years when women were fully respected and honoured as living representatives of the feminine and Goddess. Sexuality was celebrated as the sacred union of feminine and masculine. “Women have lost connection to their feminine and their yoni through centuries of patriarchy, trauma, oppression and abuse. Trauma can trigger emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual, and physical splits. Energetic blockages can arise that make individual body regions frozen, numb, rigid and tense or flaccid and unresponsive. Neurological and biological studies confirm that the Yoni has a direct connection to the brain through a complex neural network and has its own consciousness. Everything that happens to the Yoni has a direct influence on the woman, her femininity, her energy, her body, and self-image. On the body level, the traumatized and abused Yoni cannot supply the female brain with the chemical substances that evoke creativity, courage, bonding and joy. In women, a well-functioning pelvic nerve plexus is crucial for the release of dopamine, oxytocin and other hormones, which sharpen perception, strengthen self-confidence and worthiness and increase liveliness.
